This class is designed with all levels of fitness in mind, making it a perfect starting point for anyone, regardless of previous yoga or stretching experience. Our approachable and inclusive format ensures that everyone can participate and benefit, even if you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat before.

In our sessions, each move is broken down in a slow and manageable manner, allowing you to progress at your own pace. But the main focus of our class is to have fun and enjoy the process of movement – there’s no pressure to perform each move perfectly.

Classes are held online three times a week, allowing you to choose a time that fits your schedule:

  • Monday: 11:00 am-12:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 3:30-4:30 pm
  • Friday: 3:30-4:30 pm
