The HIV/STD Program's mission is to decrease new infections and decrease morbidity and mortality associated with HIV and other STDs. Services include needle exchange (Robert C. Lewis Center), Testing and Treatment (STD Clinic), Prevention, Education, Care and Epidemiology, and Statistics.
