Primary care services, pharmacy, insurance assistance, and billing assistance.
Country Doctor Community Health Centers (CDHC) provide healthcare that addresses the needs of people regardless of their ability to pay. CDCHC clinics are members of the Community Health Plan of Washington. All sites charge on a sliding fee scale and will accept medical coupons, Medicare, and most private insurance plans.
For people without insurance, a payment is expected at the time of visit. The minimum fee is $20, though you may be asked to pay more based upon your household size and income.
