The QLAW Foundation of Washington

101 Yesler Way, #300, Seattle, Washington state 98104

The QLaw Foundation of Washington bridges the divide between the LGBTQ community and legal professionals.

The QLaw Foundation and its volunteers seek to educate the public and the courts about LGBTQ legal issues and empower community members through informed access to the legal and judicial systems.

The QLaw Foundation offers, in conjunction with the King County Bar Association, a free legal clinic that provides free legal advice on LGBTQ issues.  We administer a summer fellowship program that partners with non-profit organizations to fund a summer internship position for law and graduate students working on projects that benefit the LGBTQ community and/or people living with HIV/AIDS.  The QLaw Foundation also develops educational materials and presentations for the broader legal and non-legal community and works to address the needs of LGBTQ youth.
