A Helping Hand Homecare's services include: Personal Care (bathing, dressing, toileting, wheelchair use, medication reminders, mobility help, and fall prevention); Household Chores (light housekeeping and laundry, meal preparation, pet care, medical appointment trips, errands and shopping, trips to social events, and physical therapy exercise assistance); Condition-Specific Care (hospice care support, home health care support, support for those with Alzheimer’s, COPD, and surgery recovery); and Nurse-Delegated Care (trained caregivers work under RN guidance to perform medication administration, tube feeding, wound care, and blood glucose monitoring).
