It’s been a successful month of construction at the Pride Place project! Select demolition of the two landmark structures being salvaged, as well as the full demolition of the Atlas building, was successfully completed. The project is now underway into the installation of the perimeter soldier piles.
Utility work will begin end of November and is scheduled to take 6 weeks to complete Closures will begin at
SDOT and Metro have approved a full closure of Broadway between East Pike and East Pine for the installation of the onsite tower crane.
