Utility work will begin end of November and is scheduled to take 6 weeks to complete
Closures will begin at 7AM and Broadway will be fully re-opened at 4PM, daily Monday – Friday.
During the working hours, Broadway will be closed to standard vehicular traffic between East Pike and East Pine. Buses, Streetcar, and bike traffic will remain open during the standard day closure.
Uniform Police Officers will manage the intersections at Broadway/East Pike and Broadway/East Pine to safely detour traffic and allow local traffic through to businesses.
Access to local businesses and parking garage entry at Broadway Crossing will remain. Signage will direct vehicles to access the parking lot on the east side of Broadway from northbound Broadway, coming from East Pike. Signage will be posted to indicate that local businesses are open during construction.
