Registration for Workshops

We are thrilled to introduce Pride Place, Seattle's first affordable and affirming housing project designed for 2SLGBTQIA+ aged 55 years and older. Pride Place apartments, which are managed by our partner, Community Roots Housing, offer below market rents for income-qualified applicants. GenPride will operate a premier LGBTQIA+ Community Center on the ground floor.

 

We are now expecting that applications for Pride Place apartments open on June 15, 2023.
