Services focus on in-person or telephone assistance to define senior housing & care options within retirement, assisted living, memory care, or adult family homes. Guidance and options for in-home care are also provided. These services are provided free-of-charge to older adults age 62+ and/or to their families. Individuals must be able to pay privately for their care for a minimum of one year to qualify for our free assistance.
