Join us for this weekly 40-minute movement-based class that focuses on full-body strength, balance, and core-strengthening exercises. We’ll target major muscle groups through both vertical and horizontal movements, challenging both static and dynamic balance.


Using just your body weight, a chair for support if needed, and a mat for core exercises, this class is perfect for all fitness levels.
