60 years and over: $5.00 Freewill Donation
Under 60 years: $10.00 per meal
No reservation is required.
** We love your pets, but please leave them home during lunch Service animals are always allowed During our open hours (outside of lunch) we would love to see your well behaved animals.

Join us for this weekly 40-minute movement-based class that focuses on full-body strength, balance, and core-strengthening exercises. We’ll target major muscle groups through both vertical and horizontal movements, challenging both static and dynamic balance.
Using just your body weight, a chair for support if needed, and a mat for core exercises, this class is perfect for all fitness levels.
