Here’s the message from Community Roots Housing on what you need to know:
• If you called the Pride Place call center at (206) 347-1500 but were unable to get connected to a representative, please call that number again and give a representative your name and phone number. Once we have a phone number to contact you, staff will call you back to schedule an appointment to come into the Community Roots Housing office to fill out a rental application.
• If you called the Pride Place call center at (206) 347-1500 or you called the Community Roots Housing leasing line at (206) 895-1400 and you left contact information, we will call you back. Community Roots Housing staff will begin calling these people back tomorrow, June 16. Applicants will be called back in the order we received calls. Staff will work with you to schedule an appointment to come into the Community Roots Housing office to fill out a rental application.
• If you made an appointment with the call center to tour the apartment building, that appointment is actually a meeting with a staff member* of Community Roots Housing to fill out your rental application. Staff will call you back to confirm the details of this.
We realize this process has caused some confusion and frustration, and we are deeply apologetic for any stress this has created. We are working to resolve these issues, and we appreciate your patience with us as we all work to bring residents home to Pride Place.
