Senior Hubs - King County
Senior Hubs serve as recognized resource centers on aging services and provide support, outreach, connection, and opportunities for social engagement to elders throughout King County.
Senior Hubs are charged with paying particular attention to seniors who are isolated and/or who have had less access to senior center connections in the past. Divided into geographic or cultural hubs, each Senior Hub brings a unique approach to serving seniors in King County. Services offered by Senior Hubs may include: food and nutrition, cultural and social activities, information and assistance, educational opportunities, celebratory events, health promotion programs, wellness checks and support and connection for isolated seniors.Related Items
