Areas of focus include: Protecting and expanding the Affordable Care Act, Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Working for affordable mass transit, housing, and a clean and safe environment. Production and distribution of a monthly newsletter, The Retiree Advocate.
Efforts are based on the belief that all individuals need and deserve a lifelong, adequate, dependable income; comprehensive, affordable healthcare, including prescription drug coverage; taxes and utility bills we can handle; access to affordable housing, transportation, and social services; support for family care-giving responsibilities; and quality time to relax and enjoy life with family and friends.
