Who is Clint Davis?
For Clint Davis, owner of Cap Hill Fitness, fitness has always been about more than just lifting weights—it’s about lifting each other up. This year, he’s taking that commitment beyond the gym, raising funds for GenPride, an organization dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ older adults.
"These are my people. The elders in our community built Capitol Hill before it became what it is today. They lived through the AIDS crisis, survived hate crimes, and fought for the rights we have now. We owe them. And yet, too many of them are struggling—getting priced out of their homes, left without care, and forgotten. I can’t sit back and watch that happen."
"We’re doing this for the OGs of our community. The people who made this neighborhood what it is. The people who don’t deserve to be left behind. I’m personally taking pledges, gathering donations, and even matching funds to make sure GenPride can continue providing housing, support, and connection for LGBTQ+ seniors."
