We’re finally here, open application dates for Pride Place
residency are quickly approaching! We anticipate rental applications will launch
on or around June 1st!
We expect that Pride
Place applications will be full within days of applications opening.
To ensure our community members are well informed and prepared, we're
hosting a series of rental application workshops. These workshops will
provide important details on eligibility screening criteria, necessary
documents or information for the application process, and an understanding of Area
Median Income (AMI). Workshops will explain income eligibility and other
requirements to qualify for an apartment.
We kindly request your
assistance identifying 1 or 2 staff/volunteers in your organization/group(s),
to participate in our workshops. Interested volunteers should register for the
internal training on April 27th and plan to assist during at least
