Self-Defense Classes for LGBTQIA+ Seniors and Older Adults
Learn practical self-defense that relies on verbal and physical strategies including situational awareness, de-escalation, boundary setting, verbal self defense, and responses to physical grabs and attacks.
Seniors will learn self defense skills in a supportive environment. Classes are led by Self-Defense Expert Mark Bryant

Mark Bryant is a Self-Defense Expert. Mark’s been doing martial arts since he was eleven years old. He teaches Senior Self-Defense.
Mark’s Senior Self-Defense Program has been publicized in Newspapers, Magazine, and Radio. He was also featured on television several times for his self-defense program.
His mission is to keep older adults safe by understanding how to be aware of your surroundings and preventing physical attacks.
