We are a nonprofit dedicated to helping people of all abilities find services to live as independently as you choose. We offer you choices in an empowering setting whether you are looking to learn new skills, join a peer support group, get help transitioning into living on your own or find other community-based services.

We help you find and access community resources and services for employment, transportation, housing, communication, benefits and more.

We empower you to perfect the life skills you need to live as independently as you want.

We support people transitioning from institutional living to living on their own.

We facilitate peer groups to help you share your experience and gain resources and support from other people with disabilities.

We advocate for policies and programs that make sure disabled people like us have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.

We partner with businesses to ensure workplaces are accessible and inclusive to all.
