Self-Defense Classes for LGBTQIA+ Seniors and Older Adults Learn practical self-defense that relies on verbal and physical strategies including situational awareness, de-escalation, boundary setting, verbal self defense, and responses to physical grabs and attacks. Seniors will learn self defense skills in a supportive environment. Classes are led by Self-Defense Expert Mark Bryant.
